I've noticed that when I'm working on Volto and I need to run jest tests, I need to remove the modulePathIgnorePatterns
key from package.json
for jest to find any of the tests. Does anybody experience this? It ignores the api
and packages
directories so I'm not sure why it impacts any of the unit tests.
Answering my own question. I keep my volto
repo in a folder called packages
. It looks like it's including this parent folder in it's ignore
list and so is ignoring the entirety of Volto's tests. A PR for scoping the test searching to the current package would be much appreciated if I don't get one done myself!
