Run an instance of Plone 5.2

I just want to try the 5.2 alpha... but I don't know where i can find the instructions for it.. (Thought I can boot and instance wit pip.. but it will be crazy for the deps) any help?

Replace the instance part with the wsgi.py part

Can I get a requirements.txt from here? Sorry, but I'm late on the buildout thing, and I just want to run plone with pip like I can do with zope (or everything else in python)
