Plone will be 15 yrs old next year!

How to keep a record of meetings and discussions? (incl. video?)

We are trying Slack:

Christina: what should we work on for next 3-6 months?

Carol: get news items going (e.g. for conference)

Gabrielle: do we need different regional teams?

Kim: a central group can still do the work

- build the identity of Plone and make its spirit visible
- can we allow regional variants on multicultural

- content was always intended to be translated; would be great to have volunteers to do that

- what are the values, skills? methods. will report back at next meeting

- We should have a single global strategy document to keep everything going in the same direction. Gabrielle will start the document using the one from 3 yrs ago as a start.
- then if desired we could have separate communication and marketing teams working off that document

  • Christina will work with Paul Roeland to explore Paul Pickering's brand identity service

  • Plone 5 Launch Team needs. Next Launch Team meeting will be Thursday June 25 (2nd Plone 5 Launch Team mtg
