How to keep a record of meetings and discussions? (incl. video?)

Christina: what should we work on for next 3-6 months?
Carol: get news items going (e.g. for conference)
Gabrielle: do we need different regional teams?
Kim: a central group can still do the work
Christine:
- build the identity of Plone and make its spirit visible
- can we allow regional variants on plone.com? multicultural
Kim:
- plone.com content was always intended to be translated; would be great to have volunteers to do that
Christine:
- what are the values, skills? methods. will report back at next meeting
Gabrielle:
