  - Plone 6 videos: EN, DE, NL, CA, IT, PT-BR, FI
    - To come: JP, ES, EU
- More than 50 speakers
- 16 countries
- 11 languages
- YouTube channel
  - 51 new subscribers in the last 7 days
- Twitter:
  - 17k impressions during WPD2021
Lessons learned
- This was a good way to generate content. Videos are good
- YouTube / StreamYard limitations
  - Uploaded videos on YouTube allow “Premiere”, scheduling with countdown
  - Record a video on SY to be scheduled on YT is not ideal
- Point to other channels: Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch
- For 2022
  - MUST:
    - First session should introduce World Plone Day
    - Last session as an outro
    - Align our speech about Plone sites / What is Plone
    - More live sessions (With chat interactions)
  - Ideas:
    - Have live stream sessions with AMA (ask me anything)
    - Get Africa / Oceania onboard
    - Spotlight company names
    - Maybe a continuous stream of 24 hours of video (like a TV channel)?
    - At least publish the list of videos
    - Create different playlists with plone 6, languages, beginners, cases, technical
      - Also export sheet of videos
    - Give 10 minute interviews about cases
    - Short videos on certain features of plone. Github issues?
  - Technical:
    - Add cards to YT videos
    - Ask people to use the same screen resolution 1280x720 or fullhd (1920x1080) (16:9)
    - Continue Streamyard subscription? Only if we record 3 videos per month or more ->
Marketing efforts next on WPD:
- Write a news item when we have the complete schedule OK
