Plone 5.1.4 installation failed Buildout returned an error code

I'm having probpem installing plone on freebsd server. I tried installing Plone5.1.4 and I encounter "buildout returned and error code".
How can I fix this?

I'm using FreeBSD11 in installing Plone.

I asked for the full buildout configuration and full output. Why do we have to ask twice?
