http://<machine name>:8080 

(or http://localhost:8080). If not that's strange. I presume that some netstat tool is available on a Mac ?

Slightly related: Some other services can sometimes be using port 8080 on a Mac, for example NetGear ReadyCloud.
If so, edit the port in buildout.cfg and rerun buildout.
