Google will stop to provide Less secure apps login soon.

Any idea on using gmail as smtp in Plone later?

Install a local smtp (only send) server.

local smtp only is pretty difficult to configure correctly, and your emails have a good chance of being sent to SPAM.

I find the best way is Google smtp relay service https://support.google.com/a/answer/176600?hl=en

Thanks for your tips, I think I did it, and will monitor if Google have further change / not allow that etc.
