`FileNotFoundError` when using `bobtemplates.plone:content_type` in non-interactive mode

This is a problem with configparser.RawConfigParser.write_config() not handling NoneTypes properly.

I've created an issue:

`write_config` converts values of type `NoneType` to `str`

`--remember-answers` converts values of type `NoneType` to `str` and writes the …string `'None'` to the config file `.mrbob.ini`. This causes problems when using the answers file in non-interactive mode with the option `--config`. The ConfigParser only reads strings and reads the string `'None'` as a `str` and not as a `NoneType` as we would expect. https://github.com/collective/mr.bob/blob/ccc91b4224211f9663c79e2dec3c7deebcf36270/mrbob/parsing.py#L87-L98 One possible solution could be not to convert values of type `NoneType` to `str` and let them as `None`.
