Cookiecutter-plone-starter seems broken on fresh install

I've done a cookiecutter install using cookiecutter-plone-starter.

When I run make start-backend and make start-frontend
this is what I see when I visit http://0.0.0.0:3000

http://localhost:3000/ works but http://0.0.0.0:3000 doesn't

make start-frontend starts the frontend server in dev mode where all of the JS and CSS is loaded via javascript. I don't think 0.0.0.0 is applied by default as a CORS policy, could that be blocking the request to get the CSS and JS?

This may need to be corrected in the output of make start-frontend. See Install Plone from its packages – Install — Plone Documentation v6.0. Note that the narrative docs explicitly state to visit http://localhost:3000, which conflicts with the console output.

I agree that the docs do clearly state localhost:3000. As @stevepiercy has confirmed, the output on the terminal is the issue.
