Can't reset password for membrane user

When I try to reset the password I get this error message:

Error setting password
Sorry, this appears to be an invalid request. Please make sure you copied
the URL exactly as it appears in your email and that you entered your
email address correctly.

Using:

  • dexterity.membrane = 1.1.0b2
  • Products.membrane = 2.1.13
  • Products.PasswordResetTool = 2.1.1

I'm successfully using membrane production with these versions:

  • dexterity.membrane = 1.0
  • Products.membrane = 2.1.11
  • Products.PasswordResetTool = 2.0.17
