I am new here.I wanted to be assigned to https://github.com/plone/Products.CMFPlone/issues/2480 . I guess this is a newcomer's issue.
There is no assignment process.
Fix the bug inside a branch or or fork of the related package and the submit a pull request.
That's how it works.
