I really like chapters on youtube videos and would love to see them on the conference videos.
I'm happy to help to make this happen. In fact, as a proof of concept, I added chapters to @robgietema's talk on building a Volto site.
This is a copy hosted on my personal channel, just as a demo. I'd like to see it on the actual Plone channel.
