Attempting to install Plone-5.2.1-UnifiedInstaller-r3 on Windows generates exactly the same error message as Plone-5.2.1-UnifiedInstaller-r2.

However Plone-5.2.1-UnifiedInstaller-r3 poses other problems.
Indeed when I wanted to check the .rst, .py files (README.rst, windows.rst, instruction.rst, windows_install.py etc.)
etc, it is impossible to open them, while it is quite possible with Plone-5.2.1-UnifiedInstaller-r2 ..
Here is a first feedback from Windows with
Plone-5.2.1-r3-UnifiedInstaller.
