There are browser extensions or other tools that perform this functionality with any application or any browser. The AI scene is changing too fast in order to implement something related in the core and maintain it forever.
Sure nothing goes in core here, an addon is the way to go. For my needs the AI part will be implemented in a small API app, which is called then by Plone and others.

Generating a frontend design based on prompts that is compatible with the restapi and standard volto blocks. That sounds more useful to me.
