After going through some Undo steps, I found out, that it happend after I enabled "insert/edit images" in the toolbar of @@tinymce-controlpanel. After undoing this step the TinyMCE Javascript loads ok and shows the normal browser popup. Although I can not reproduce this behaviour when I enable "insert/edit images" again...
