Marketing/Communications (Christina):

  • Steve: nothing new to report, installers are really in great shape — except for Windows; need to get going on Windows installer; “I will read all notes, and folks should feel free to assign me tasks that are right for me”

Framework team (Eric):

  • Pretty good shape. Eric will be digging through the tickets to identify any remaining blockers.
  • P5b4 this week?
  • Ensure the entire team is on board with Sept. 15 release date?

Documentation (Sven, Paul):

  • Lots of robot screenshots
  • Need to work on still: developer documentation, upgrade guide for developers
  • Small Amsterdam sprint? Distribute tasks out to other remote sprinters. Munich sprint Sept. 16-20. Munich release party Sept. 16.
  • Say this is P5, the actual final release, and we are still getting the documentation and add-ons finished. Bucharest sprint for major add-ons updating work.
